I put in an application for a sales role at this firm through Indeed, and let me tell you, it was a pretty unprofessional experience. When I suggested we wrap up the call because I felt something was off, I started getting some really threatening texts and WhatsApp messages.

One message included a picture of a Black person with a caption implying he was coming after me. Another one said,

"Are you a millionaire? No? Then p**s off! We pull in £60 million, and my lowest salesman rakes in 40k. You're a scumbag!"

Then there was a goodbye message that said if I saw him in town, he'd toss me 10p to help with the Big Issue. I also got called a 'little man' in another message.

One more threat came through, stating, "Look up! I was the Welsh boxing champion in 2009. I might not look tough, but I’d fit just fine in a small jail cell. You can't work; you have nothing going for you."

Jonathan Mitchell even chimed in, saying, "You won't be working for anyone except maybe McDonald's if you're lucky. We don’t hire little boys who are thick and have the brains of a worm. We have men here who earn good money. You’re banned from the job network, so deal with that!"

Honestly, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. I would never want to work for such an unprofessional place, and I've seen others report similar experiences on social media and Wales Online.

These bifold doors are top-notch, and the service was superb along with the amazing fitters. We recently installed some Sunflex doors. After chatting with several suppliers, we chose idsystems, and they really are an incredibly effective and remarkable team.

I placed an order through their site. It took more than a week for the package to show up, and guess what? They sent me the wrong stuff. I tried to sort it out with their ID Management team, but they just fed me lies, claiming we had ordered what we received. Turns out, we were told we ordered something that wasn’t even up for sale on their website! When I pushed back with this info, they went silent. Now, I'm in the process of getting my money back.

As a longtime user of the IDsystem Didbox, I gotta say, it hasn't been a great ride. The thing keeps failing, and the time stamps are all over the place—totally inconsistent and often wrong. When I try to download reports, they’re either inaccurate or, in some bad cases, they come up blank even after I reprogrammed it the day before. Sometimes, drivers get blocked out of nowhere, or the fob just stops working on the same forklift they've been using for ages. It seems to work alright for the first year or two, but then the issues start popping up. I had to call an engineer to sort it out, but he couldn't figure out why it wasn't reading or programming new drivers, so that was a bust. I ended up buying a new wand at a hefty price, which helped a bit but didn’t solve everything. Honestly, it’s okay for short-term use, but after that, you’ll need to replace the Didbox. After more than a decade of experience, I’m giving it a 2-star rating.
